Brittany Johnson is more than a Licensed Professional Counselor—she is a dedicated advocate for mental and emotional well-being. With over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field, Brittany has devoted her career to supporting individuals as they navigate complex challenges, including trauma, grief, addiction, and self-injury.
Her work is grounded in empathy and a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. Brittany is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, and Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Provider. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and the Positive Discipline Model, allowing her to provide evidence-based services to children, adults, and families. She believes compassionate, client-centered care is essential to fostering healing and long-term recovery.
Brittany currently serves as the Director of The Haven at WTCSB, where she provides leadership and clinical oversight for trauma-informed and recovery-oriented services. In this role, she works closely with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure high-quality, accessible care for individuals and families in need.
A native of Oklahoma with a strong commitment to service, Brittany’s professional experience includes roles as an Owner, Director, Trainer, and Consultant. She has collaborated extensively with community providers to strengthen systems of care and expand access to behavioral health services. Brittany is also a Board-approved LPC Supervisor, mentoring and supporting the development of future counselors.
