Clinicians, supervisors, and business owners come face to face with diverse populations daily and often struggle to connect and find themselves skating around potential issues that could put their business, clinical work, or clients in jeopardy. Client care is impacted by access issues due to the lack of understanding of the importance of having diverse inclusive environments to serve clients with respect. It’s not just about the code of ethics bout the humanity and dignity of all people.
