Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach adults how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge.

This training is to give an understanding of the struggles of a later diagnosis for Autism Spectrum Disorder. It will be geared towards working with adolescents and adults who were diagnosed later in their life.
