It is the mission of Virginia’s Region Five Community Services Boards (CSBs) to work together as a team to ensure that the public behavioral health and developmental disability system of Southeastern and Coastal Virginia consistently provides high quality, evidence-informed crisis stabilization, clinical treatment and supports.

We provide specialized services for individuals of the Region Five community providing support for multiple mental health needs, support with developmental disabilities, substance abuse help and more.
