Q. Who do I call if I have questions about a dispatch?
A. Speak with R5 Specialists 888-255-2989. Information will be limited.
Q. Why did I not receive my VCC registration code?
A. Only the dispatched provider will receive the code, R5 Specialists will never give the code out verbally.
Q. Can I call 988 or the local line for a client?
A. If you are already engaged with the client you should seek alternative billing sources other than Mobile Crisis as it does not meet the spirit of Mobile Crisis, however if Mobile Crisis is requested understand that the client will receive another agent dispatched to them.
Q. What do I do if I am having technical issues with the VCC?
A. NEVER call 988 or the local line! You may call R5 Specialists for minor support however if they are busy you should call BHL 828-540-3546 or submit a ticket at https://help.behavioralhealthlink.com

Q. Why might I not receive a case?
A. You are not the closest appropriate provider.
A. You are not showing available in the VCC.
A. The 988 Suicide and Crisis Life Line accessor determined it did not meet criteria for a mobile response.
A. The person in crisis has a suspected or identified REACH diagnosis.
