Solace Landing: Peer-Led Wellness Home

What is a Peer-Led Wellness Home

A peer-led wellness home (PLWH) is a supportive, voluntary, home-like environment run by trained peer support specialists who use their lived experience to help individuals strengthen their mental and emotional well-being. Guests stay for a short period to focus on wellness, stability, and recovery in a non-clinical setting, engaging in supportive conversations, daily routines, and skill-building activities. The emphasis is on empowerment, connection, and personalized support, offering a calm space where people can regroup and improve their wellness with guidance from peers who understand their journey.

Who do we help?

Solace Landing will serve individuals 18 and older within Region Five. These homes are voluntary and non-clinical, offering a calm space for connection, daily routines, and recovery-focused support. Guests must be able to complete their own ADLs, assist in food preparation, prepare food, and self-administer prescribed medications, allowing the home to remain peer-driven and empowerment-based while providing a safe place to regroup and focus on well-being.

What Services We Offer?

Guests have access to peer-led groups, one-on-one support sessions, and community outings that promote connection and empowerment. The home also offers self-care activities to help individuals build coping skills and restore balance. Additionally, transportation is provided for appointments or scheduled activities, ensuring guests can maintain continuity in their care and daily routines while staying in a supportive, home-like environment.
