Through this training, learners will:

Michelle McCarthy currently serves as a clinical administrator at the WTCSB, overseeing a variety of teams including outpatient counseling, mental health case management, internship coordination and internal/regional training coordination. Since completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regent University, Michelle has both provided and supervised clinical care in a variety of capacities including outpatient counseling and community-based services.
Having obtained her LPC in 2020, Michelle has had the pleasure of providing licensure supervision as well as administrative supervision to clinical staff, expanding her skills as a clinical supervisor along the way. Michelle is passionate about the provision of quality client care, believing that investing in the growth and never-ending development of ourselves and the staff providing these services is the key to high quality client care.
