Mental Health First Aid Connect (MHFA)

Mental Health First Aid Connect (MHFA) is an all-day class. It teaches individuals to recognize the signs and symptoms that suggest a mental health challenge, listen non-judgmentally, give reassurance, and refer a person to an appropriate professional for support and services.
