Single Caregiver Households for Women in the Military and the Related Stressors
This event will be covering the following topics:
— Stressors of single parent households in the military
— Statistics of single parent household
— Coping skills to assist with factors related to stressors of single parent household
— Diagnosis that can arise due to the stress of military and single parent household to include (PTSD, Depression, Complex Trauma)
— Community resources for military only
— Community resources that military can use within the civilian world
— Transitioning out of the military
This training will be offered both in-person and online. There is a limit to the in-person attendees so please register early.

— Women who are active or previous service members any branch
— A single parent of one or more children (meaning not married)
— Stationed within Hampton Roads area
