The 5-bedroom, two story home located in Suffolk, provides a Person-Centered Therapeutic Environment. The BIRST home offers short term (3-6 months) specialized treatment for adults with a Brain Injury.

Goal for successful discharge from the home, is the individual being equipped and prepared to transition to independent living or least restrictive environment.

Clients must be able to walk throughout the home with minimal safety concerns.
