The BJ Roberts Behavioral Health Center, is a 24/7 Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center serving adults (18+) experiencing a crisis related to mental health, substance use, or co-occurring concerns. Individuals may be referred or walk-in to receive a clinical crisis assessment to determine current needs. Treatment options may include outpatient community referrals, center-based programming, crisis stabilization, or inpatient recommendation

Services Include:
- Rapid clinical crisis assessment to evaluate immediate needs by a licensed/licensed eligible therapist
- Crisis intervention to de-escalate and manage symptoms.Care coordination to connect individuals with ongoing support.
- Peer recovery services offering lived-experience support.
- Skill restoration to help regain coping and functional abilities.
- Health literacy education to improve understanding of mental health.
- Linkage and referrals to community resources or higher levels of care as needed.
- Nursing Assessment and services to address any minor medical needs.
- Psychiatric Evaluation and prescription if recommended.
What to expect when you arrive:

- A needs assessment by a Therapist to determine level of care need to support the individual
