Recovery Advisory Council Committees

Council Structure Committee

Develops and maintains RAC’s bylaws, mission statement, outcome statements and other written materials that relate to the operation, organization, and governing procedures of the Council.

Financial Oversight Committee

Oversees grant money, grant development, maintains budget expenditures, and applies for new grants when available.

Publicity Committee

Responsible for the different outlets of communication to the communities within Region Five. This includes the creation and updating of the Council’s brochure and website.

Trainings Committee

Enhances information sharing among the Region’s CSBs and behavioral health authorities by identifying relevant trainings, conferences, and local events that correspond with the mission of the Council. These trainings will increase networking possibilities and provide opportunities to earn CEUs (continuing education units). Trainings include, but are not limited to: Revive, Advocacy, and Ethics.
